Stock and Inventory ControllerPurpose of Job To manage all inventory administration for Integral LED Lighting's Nottingham warehouse. Improve stock availability to business-critical timelines working closely and proactively with Product Managers in London and national Sales teams to meet these requirements. Ensure all IT systems reflect the correct stock holding at all times.Based at Nottingham, this role will require travel to London from time to time.Main Job Responsibilities Management of all stock take agreed procedures and timelines at the LED Lighting warehouse in Calverton, NottinghamInvestigate stock discrepancies and report on outcomes and actionsCosting and entering goods onto system accurately processedInvestigate stock take variances and report on outcome and actionsReports to be issued to PM and Directors on RMA , stock adjustments and as requested by senior managementAny other duties as requested by the company from time to timeLiaise with shipping department on inbound deliveries to meet timelines agreedGoods in and RMA department queries liaising with relevant PM and vendorsPrepare non Goods-in Adjustment Numbers for stock price for write up /downsReview current processes and recommend improvementsCommunicate and report on slow moving or obsolete linesMonitor packaging and arrange destruction/recycling of unwanted itemsStock take management including stock adjustments after approval from DirectorsConfirmation goods-in keyed and costed correctly to represent actual landed costsManage and report on stock valuations include slow lines and aging linesLiaise with shipping to ensure stock booked in to planned timelines.Manage all stock adjustments requests and actions including EOL stockRMA processed correctly, acquired appropriate authority levels and up to date.Manage DMR stock holding and follow up with PM /Compliance teams.Skills Required:At least 3 years of stock administration experience, ideally gained in a high-volume distribution environmentA sound understanding of stock movement and the impact of adjustmentsExcellent communication with good written (grammar/spelling) and spoken English.Planning workload and schedules to business milestoneExcellent attention to detail and fast learnerTime Management skills and ability to prioritise tasks are essentialBe able to work under pressure and on own initiativeHigh degree of IT literacy and excellent knowledge of ExcelExperience of working with an ERP system - Epicor experience an advantageThe Company: Integral Memory PLC is a well-established technology company that started in the UK over 30 years ago.
