Senior Grill Chef

Located near Tower Bridge, Smith's of Wapping has become well known as one of London's best seafood restaurants and are recruiting for a Senior Grill Chef with high volume grill experience to join its established team; The ideal candidate must be capable of cooking fish, meat and shellfish to a high standard, have an excellent understanding of fish preparation and storage and a proven track record of at least 3 years in a top end, high volume restaurant. Working closely with the team, and taking instruction from the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, your main responsibilities will be to ensure exceptional standards and quality of each dish is delivered.You should have the ability to remain cool under pressure, and work at a fast pace whilst demonstrating exceptional attention to detail ensuring that every dish is perfect.
