Job title: Sales/Business Development Manager Job location: East Midlands Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Bonus: Sales Based commission scheme Shifts: Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 17:00pm Start date: ASAP Duration: Permanent Benefits for you: * 21 Days Holiday plus bank holidays * Car Benefit * Medical Insurance * Performance based commission scheme * Flexible working hours * Auto enrolment pension * On-site free parking Key Responsibilities: * Increase sales of the business. * Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. * Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors. * Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation. * Generate leads and cold call prospective customers. * Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone. * Foster and develop relationships with both new and existing customers. * Understand the needs of our customers. * Have a good understanding of the businesses' products and services. * Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
