Sales Progressor - Chigwell Salary - £26,000 + (Depending on Experience) Live within a 30-minute peak time commute to the office Monday - Friday **Specialist Sales Progressor required** Are you an experienced Sales Progressor looking to elevate your career in a prestigious environment? A minimum of 2 year’s experience in sales progression is required. You should have comprehensive knowledge of managing a sales file from start to finish, including the ability to handle any issues that may arise. Exceptional customer service skills are a must. As a Sales Progressor, your role will include: * Managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion - ensuring all parties are kept fully always informed. * Maintaining files for each sale and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed. * Being the sole point of contact for all parties * Liaising with conveyancers / solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors * Promoting our services where appropriate and generating referral leads About you: * Excellent oral and written communications skills. * Experience in Sales Progression * Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work and a strong focus on accuracy * Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own. * Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
