Private Client Lawyer / Paralegal

Are you a Private Client Paralegal looking to develop your legal career or perhaps a Solicitor or Lawyer looking to “wind down” reducing working days/hours? Our client is a small high street solicitors practice seeking additional help in their Private Client team. Working alongside two Solicitors the successful individual will be meeting clients, drafting Wills, preparing LPAs and assisting with Probate Estate matters and Trusts. Any experience with Court of Protection/Deputyship work would be an advantage. Individuals must have at least six months experience in Private Client work, be IT literate, have be comfortable working with Case Management systems - ideally living within the East Grinstead area. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Paralegal or trainee lawyer looking to develop their career within Private Client or an experienced lawyer looking to reduce working days/hours or perhaps return to law after a career break
