This will be a long-term role covering a secondment starting in January 2025 snd running until the end of the academic year. The school are looking to appoint someone with the following essential skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Classroom management skills
- Ability to build valued and trusted relationships with students
- A can-do, positive attitude and approach to their work
- Patience and ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Fluency in Welsh would be advantageous although not essential.
