Key Responsibilities * Create positive interactions with all our players, clients and team members. * Deal with requests in an efficient manner, communicating with kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of service. * Serve food, beverages & accompaniments in line with service standards. * Clearing tables and/or service points in a team environment. * Provide knowledge of the food and beverage offer. Key Skills and Experience * Engaging, flexible and friendly in manner. * Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery, leading by example. * High level of attention to detail. * Display a 'can do 'positive attitude with the client, nutritionist, players, coaches and colleagues. * Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes. * Able to communicate effectively with all our customers, clients and colleagues. * Listen and respond appropriately.
