The school is actively seeking a proactive Finance Manager to join their team, with interviews taking place immediately. As the Finance Manager, you will oversee and optimise the school’s financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing budgets, monitoring expenditure, payroll, cash flow, VAT returns, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will lead a team, manage supplier payments, and oversee contracts, tenders, and insurances. Additionally, you will prepare monthly management accounts and reports for Governors, assist with audits, and support the Finance Director in strategic planning. Strong leadership skills and experience with financial systems are essential. This long-term opportunity has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
