Job Summary:

We are a dynamic team specializing in cutting-edge technologies within the realm of e-trading and capital markets. As a leader in our field, we are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with a strong foundation in low latency programming to join our team.

Contract Duration:

6 months

Role and Responsibilities: Utilize your extensive expertise in Low Latency Java programming to develop high-performance solutions for e-trading within Front Office/Capital Markets. Demonstrate a deep understanding of at least one key asset class in Capital Markets, such as Rates, Credit, FX, Equities. Conduct JVM tuning and Garbage Collector tuning to optimize system performance. Provide hands-on involvement in discussing and implementing low-level details, encompassing both code and OS aspects. Leverage your knowledge of frameworks such as LMAX Disruptor, Aeron, Coral Sequencer, Gemfire, and Gridgrain/Ignite to enhance system architecture and functionality.

Requirements: Expertise Level: 5+ years of experience in Java development with a focus on low latency programming. Proven track record of working in e-trading environments within Front Office/Capital Markets. Proficiency in JVM tuning and Garbage Collector tuning techniques. Ability to articulate and discuss technical intricacies at a granular level. Familiarity with one or more of the following frameworks: LMAX Disruptor, Aeron, Coral Sequencer, Gemfire, Gridgrain/Ignite.
