Key Responsibilities: Product Development: Lead rapid prototyping and MVP development; hands-on coding and troubleshooting; ensure quality and scalability of AI-driven solutions. Technical Leadership: Set tech direction, manage cloud infrastructure, ensure data security and compliance. Team Building: Recruit and lead a high-performing engineering team; foster innovation. Budget Management: Oversee technology budget, balancing in-house and third-party solutions. Collaboration: Align tech efforts with business goals; communicate progress to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: PhD or MSc in Computer Science, AI or other related degrees. Proven experience leading tech teams and delivering scalable software in high-growth environments. Expertise in front-end (React, GIS) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Flask) Experience with AI-driven applications (Python, GPT APIs, LLMs, RAG). Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS), databases (PostgreSQL, Redis), and DevOps practices. Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD, Docker, GitHub.
