Job Title: Regional Sales Director Location: Hybrid (Athens, Greece | United Kingdom | Geneva, Switzerland | Singapore | Dubai, UAE) Our client is an innovative B2B software scale-up transforming the Shipping community. The company’s goal is to enhance operational transparency and efficiency within the shipping sector helping them save time, reduce costs, and make better decisions. As the Regional Sales Director, you will lead the sales strategy for your region, driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and overseeing a high-performing sales team. This role requires SaaS sales expertise, market penetration skills, and the ability to consistently exceed targets. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with business goals. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Utilise data-driven insights to improve sales performance. Manage CRM data integrity and sales forecasts. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. ~10+ years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in senior SaaS sales roles. ~ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments. ~ Strong understanding of SaaS models, sales cycles, and industry trends. ~ Excellent negotiation, communication, and CRM management skills. ~ Maritime or Shipping industry knowledge is highly desirable. ~ Competitive compensation package based on experience.
