Please visit www.innovasolutions.com to learn more about how Innova Solutions brings innovation to life.Duties may include, but are not limited to (emphasis may vary):Sales Development ActivityAgree target markets and tactical plans to develop those markets with senior management.Map the target clients by verticals, coupled with their competitors and suppliers.Drive targeted sales and prospect engagement creating a pipeline of opportunities that meets the target market profiles with a focus on Contracting Solutions (T&M, SoW or Temporary).Ensure an ongoing pipeline of developing relationships with CUTE (Coach, User, Technical and Economic) Buying Influences within new prospects. The pipeline will be developed through various methods including cold and warm calling, networking, marketing and social media.Attend formal and informal client meetings in the pursuit of new business with a focus on Contracting Solutions.Achieve pre-agreed targets and performance measures.Work with the Bid department as necessary to develop compelling responses that deliver value according to each customer’s needs. This includes producing own bid material when necessary.Maintain records of activity and prospects and their renewal timelines as part of a ‘bid watch’ process within the relevant database.Maintain an awareness and engagement with relevant social media channels such as LinkedIn and Twitter for networking, intelligence and raising the industries awareness/perception of both Innova and yourself as experts in the field.Liaise with relevant Hiregenics personnel to ensure any opportunities for Managed Service Programmes (MSP’s), Recruitment Process Outsourced programmes (RPO’s) or Total Talent Managed solutions (TTM’s) are identified and can be developed by that Division.Liaise with all other sales staff within Staffing and wider Innova Solutions group when necessary to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised. Operational ManagementLead the sales cycle from identification to contract signature and facilitate introduction of appropriate Staffing management / consultants who will engage directly for all subsequent vacancies.Track all sales activity and maintain prospect records in the Bullhorn database.Meet all deadlines and manage contributing stakeholders to do likewise.Motivate and lead stakeholder teams during prospecting and bid process.Liaise with the Solutions sales and global bid teams where appropriate.Liaise with Staffing and wider Innova Solutions colleagues as required to maximise opportunities and gain their buy-in to the sales strategy.Produce timely and accurate reports as required on either a regular or ad-hoc basis as agreed with senior management.At all times, demonstrate initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
