In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.Create raw, unusual and original content from our Runs, Festivals, and Parties.Manage our Ad Manager accounts to drive growth and engagement.Create Marketing campaigns, documentation, and engage our Newsletter and WhatsApp Community Look after our Social Media channels each with their own personalityYou will create engaging content and manage our Ad Manager accounts to drive growth and engagement. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, has a knack for creativity, and wants to make a real impact in a growing community.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Management:Develop, create, and manage engaging content, including reels, carousels, and stories, for Meta and TikTok platforms.Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with our community.Ad Management:Oversee and manage our Meta and TikTok Ad Manager accounts.Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.Creative Development:Take creative ideas from Founders and build on them to translate them into engaging campaigns and content.Understand the each outlets personality and conjure up original ideas.Community Engagement:Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and interactions to foster a strong and positive relationship with our audience.Monitor social media trends and apply them to our strategy to keep our content fresh and relevant.Who You Are:Experience:1-2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, particularly with Meta and TikTok platforms.Experience managing Paid Ad Campaigns across Meta and TikTokRelevant industry experience within Event Marketing (sporting/running/festivals) Creative:A creative thinker with a passion for developing unique and engaging content.Demonstrated ability to bring fresh ideas to the table and execute them effectively.London-Based:This role requires someone who is based in London and has a good understanding of the local culture and community.Proactive & Driven:Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.A proactive attitude towards staying ahead of social media trends and applying them to our strategy.Why Join Us?Impact:Play a key role in shaping the social media presence of a growing community and directly contribute to its success.Creative Freedom:Enjoy the opportunity to bring your creative ideas to life and see the direct impact of your work.Community:Be a part of a passionate and supportive community that values your input and creativity.
