Vårgrønn is an agile, Norway-based offshore wind company powering the energy transition through development, construction, operation, and ownership of offshore wind assets. Vårgrønn is a joint venture between the energy company Plenitude (Eni) and the Norwegian energy entrepreneur and investor HitecVision. Vårgrønn holds a 20% share in Dogger Bank, the world's largest offshore windfarm under construction, and has together with Flotation Energy been awarded exclusivity to develop up to 1.9 GW from the offshore floating windfarms Green Volt and Cenos in Scotland. Green Volt will be Europe's first commercial scale floating offshore wind farm. We are collaborating with Equinor to develop a floating offshore wind project at Utsira Nord in Norway of up to 750 MW, and the Baltics, Vårgrønn is leading a collaboration with European Energy towards the upcoming auction round in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. In Ireland, we are partnering with Energia Renewables to develop offshore wind projects of up to 1.8 GW.
