Vocational Course Tutor, Animal Care

We are currently recruiting for a Vocational Tutor, specialising in Animal Care to work in a small, independent North Yorkshire SEMH provision school. This is a part time placement, and is to start ASAP until the end of the Academic Year, in the first instance, with a potential to be made permanent. A successful Tutor will be able to deliver ASDAN Animal Care. Experience working and supporting students who have experienced trauma, and challenging behaviours would also be required for this role. This is a ’Good’ Ofsted rated Alternative provision, based in North Yorkshire, where Behaviour has been rated as 'Outstanding' "Behaviour is exemplary. Pupils concentrate in lessons." Requirements: * Degree Qualified * Well qualified and experienced working in an environment in relevant subject (Animal Care) * 2 x references from educational establishments * A passion for success and quality tutoring * An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
