Senior Category Manager - Healthcare

As Senior Category Development Manager you will: Drive Category Vision: Support the development and execution of a 3-Year Category vision, identifying ways to enhance shopper behaviour and unlock growth opportunities. Work closely with Account Teams to create and execute bespoke plans that align with customer strategic goals, driving category growth. Deliver Insights: Partner with insight colleagues to develop in-depth shopper understanding, turning data into actionable insights. Develop strategies that maximise range, distribution, and merchandising opportunities, making the Consumer Healthcare category easier and more engaging to shop. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry news, retail landscapes, and competitive dynamics to ensure the business maintains a competitive edge. You have 5+ years of experience in Category Management, with a strong commercial background in the UK FMCG market, including eCommerce. You have experience managing top-tier retail accounts and possess a deep understanding of the retail landscape. Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
