Job Description
Our client, a marketing technology company is seeking a Client Executive to support clients and assist internal teams. The role includes managing processes, ensuring service levels are maintained, and supporting client activities from setup to reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring timely support
- Assist clients with coupon setup, campaign management, and reporting
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
- Provide administrative support to internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage client data and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Key Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (training on internal systems will be provided)
