Job Description

Our client, a marketing technology company is seeking a Client Executive to support clients and assist internal teams. The role includes managing processes, ensuring service levels are maintained, and supporting client activities from setup to reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring timely support
  • Assist clients with coupon setup, campaign management, and reporting
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage client data and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency


Key Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office (training on internal systems will be provided)
