Sous Chef

We are a family run chain of Gastro Pubs. The Little Brown Jug has a beautiful beer garden and Tiki Huts in the local village of Penshurts, Kent. We cook excellent home cooked food busy but relaxed kitchens, using local artisan suppliers and are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team.

Your role will be to assist the GM and Head Chef with the menu, growing turnover, planning events and the smooth running of the business. You will take full control of the kitchen when the head chef is away and help grow the team.

There is live in accomodation available if needed. You will receive a share of generous tips, pension contribution and 28 days holiday. The opportunity to prgress witihng the business is available as well.
