Quality Inspector

Ref – 11007 Quality Inspector Alfreton, Derbyshire Initial training hours, 7.00am – 3:30pm £11.72ph Once training has been completed you will transfer onto 3 shifts Monday to Friday days, afternoons and nights and the rate will increase to £15.06ph. Our client based in Alfreton; Derbyshire are looking for a Quality Inspector to join their global manufacturing company on a temporary ongoing basis there is an opportunity to become permanent for the right person. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will be involved in physically checking the durability of materials and ensuring full compliance of the products to customer requirements ad or BS EN standards. Key Responsibilities for Quality Inspector * Compliance to BS standards * Ensure testing is carried out in-line with production delivery requirements * Lead investigations into non-conformances * Support business & departmental needs * Carry-out additional tests of verification purposes (Anodising, Cast House) * Calibration compliance * Carry out weld assessment * Working safely with the equipment * Level of critical impact on the business of attention to detail of test procedures and test results Experience required for Quality Inspector * Must have CNC / Milling experience * Experience in Quality inspection in a manufacturing environment is a prerequisite for this role * The ability to work in a team environment Our client offers a range of benefits including 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Generous pension scheme and on-site parking!
