IT Support AnalystFull time – London – Hybrid£30,000 - £38,000 per annum + BonusIs this the IT Support Analyst role for you?Crone Corkill are partnered with a very well established, Central London based professional services client who are looking to add an IT Support Analyst to the team. Focusing predominantly on 2nd Line responsibilities as part of a close-knit team, you’ll be a key member in their upcoming migration & testing projects, whilst also providing day to day IT Support for circa 100 end users.What will you do as an IT Support Analyst?Create Windows Server templatesCreate and administer user accounts on Office 365/Azure and Active DirectoryDeliver and manage VMsProvide performance monitoring, datastore management and snapshot maintenance of VMsTroubleshoot the O365 suite with 3rd party software integration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange etc)Group Policy managementPerform IT inductions for new startersInstall and maintain IT hardware and troubleshoot & resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices etcWhat skills do you need to be an IT Support Analyst?The ability to work independently on Desktop SupportCustomer service expertiseDesktop Support in a Windows 10/11 environment (On-Prem & Remote)Office 365/Azure adminVMware (vSphere advantageous)Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange etc adminAzure AD & Active Directory adminIntune (advantageous)iManage (advantageous)Citrix Virtual apps (advantageous)PowerShell (advantageous)Experience working in a small company/IT team previously (advantageous)What’s in it for you?Due to the size of the team, individual responsibilities are high, as is the level of autonomy, giving you the opportunity to gain exposure to all systems within the business, whilst also acting as a key figure within various IT projects.
