Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Hybrid - Liverpool
This is a superb opportunity to join a leading Top 100 UK law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Clinical Negligence/Medical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor / CILEx to work alongside its successful team of Legal Professionals.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing their own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims or has experience supporting Senior Fee Earners/Solicitors with their caseload. The firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong lawyer with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.
The Candidate
- Solicitor / Legal Executive (grade A-C)
- Have experience in running a Clinical Negligence caseload
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
