Key Machine Operatives - Butter Shift Pattern:Continental, working a mixture of days and nights, 12 hour shifts. As we continue to invest and develop our Artigarvan Site, we are seeking applications from highly motivated and enthusiastic people for the role of permanent Engineering & Maintenance Coordinatorbased at our Artigarvansite. The Role Key Machine Operators will be responsible for working as part of the Butter Department in Ballyrashane. Working with all shift members, operatives will work to deliver production targets and meet customer demands on time and in full ensuring that Food safety, Quality, Health & Safety and all operating procedures are adhered to at all times to the highest standard and in line with the companys food safety culture. The Person The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in setting up and operating machines in a busy manufacturing environment. They will be driven and customer focused, understanding that customers and customer satisfaction are the foundation of our success. They will have the ability to work effectively with others and to build positive relationships, utilising effective communication skills. Candidates would ideally have previous experience working in the dairy industry and have a valid Forklift Truck license, but these are not essential.
