HRC are currently recruiting for trainee support workers in Biggar, South Lanarkshire - an excellent start to a career in the healthcare sector. The role involves a comprehensive training programme with a fantastic organisation; therefore it is suitable for applicants with limited or no experience. You will also be working alongside experienced support staff who can provide lots of guidance and advice. What does your day to day look like? Working within a team, you will be providing support to young adults with autism living in a residential service. Working either early shift, late shift or long days waking nights, you'll be helping the people that you support with medication, social support and everyday living You'll take your direction from the person supported, if they want to be up and out then you'll be on the go, if they want a day home you could be baking or watching movies, no two days are the same!
