Job Title: Associate Director – 12 Month FTC

About the Role:

Our client, an award-winning Public Sector/NGO research team within a dynamic and growing market research agency. Looking to attract an Associate Director (or Director) on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead research projects, majority Qual with opportunities across Quant. Adapt and enhance client relationships, proactively addressing evolving needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Specialist experience in Public Sector/NGO research:

Someone who enjoys the social sector, with a keen understanding of the industry Problem Solver:

Proficient in Qual (vital) and Quant (good to have) research methods with a penchant for solving complex problems. Client-Focused:

Proactively adapts to client needs with a can-do attitude, ensuring evolving demands are met and exceeded. Collaborative & Inquisitive:

A positive, upbeat team player with an inquisitive mind, always eager to learn and push boundaries.

Key Qualities for Success:

Experience working within a specialist social market research agency, at Associate Director level. Strong organisational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior-level audiences. Experience working in a social research agency is vital.
