Application Requirements: • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally at an HLTA level. • An HLTA qualification or equivalent training. • Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum and classroom management skills. • Ability to lead small groups and support whole-class teaching. • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons. • Leading group activities, interventions, and booster sessions. • Providing individual support to students, helping them achieve their learning goals. • Preparing lesson materials and resources. • Monitoring and reporting on students’ progress to teachers and parents.
