What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law Enforcement, Public Administration, Business or related field desirable
• Certifications: Certified BCP Professional Designation desirable, ASIS certification desirable
• Experience: Extensive management experience and training in a law enforcement, protective service agency or private sector corporate security
• Experience: Significant and relevant corporate security experience across all elements of this role; physical assets and emergency response and business continuity
• Leadership: Experience leading and managing high performing and diverse teams
• Key Skills: Strong risk assessment and project management skills
• Personal Attributes: Confidence, Capability to work largely independently, Strategic and visionary thinker, Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
