As a Powder Coater, you’ll play a hands-on role in transforming raw metal parts into polished, vibrant pieces that are built to withstand the test of time.   Job Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, blasting, or other methods to ensure optimal powder adhesion. Apply powder coating to metal surfaces with precision, meeting all quality and safety standards. Operate powder coating equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
