Kitchen Manager-B3 My client is a well-known high quality Caribbean restaurant based in Birmingham , who is looking for a new Kitchen Manager to join and support the team to produce excellence in food and service. They are looking for a determined ambitious individual to join their fabulous team and bring smiles to all customers. The duties and responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager will be: L eading the team keeping the same high-quality standards across all items on the menu . Maintaining the consistent high quality of the brand across the team. Training and developing the team, guiding them, and helping them grow both professionally and personally. The ideal Kitchen Supervisor will: Be an experienced chef, i deally having worked in a Supervisory position. Have experience in cooking Caribbean food. Be able to follow the recipes and teach recipes to the team (consistency is key!) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £ 35 K Schedule: 4 5-48 hours , 5/7 days, (Fri & Sat busiest days) Sponsorship Visas offered!
