Plant Operator

Our client, based in Severn Beach near Bristol are currently recruiting for Plant Operators to join their growing team. Our client is professional, fast-paced, challenging, and their goal is to Recover ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The work environment includes: Growth opportunities On-the-job training Safe work environmentWe're looking for a skilled Plant Operator to manage the manufacturing processes at our client. The Plant Operator will be responsible for supervising and managing staff as well as monitoring and maintaining all manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate for this position will be an energetic problem-solver with strong communication skills and a particular interest in the manufacturing sector. Responsibilities: Comply with safety regulations in the workplace. Work with other staff to meet production and quality standards. Operate machines according to technical specifications. Identify maintenance issues and develop solutions. Follow work schedules as determined by plant management. Communicate with other workers to solve problems. Monitor equipment and make necessary adjustments.No direct experience is necessary although this role would be ideal for candidates that have a labouring background. Hours - 6am - 4pm Monday to Friday Pay - £11.64 first 40 hours worked weekly, then £17.45 per hour! The role is temporary ongoing and could lead to permanent work.
