Chef de PartieWork with the Head Chef and independently to create and develop exciting seasonal menus.Prepare meals for youth and women teams working within the nutritional guidelines and ensure junior team members are working correctly to achieve this with you.Instruct junior team members accordingly to ensure youth and women teams' meals are delivered on time and presented to a high standard.Support and lead junior members of the kitchen team.Check stock requirements and order accordingly in the Head/Sous chef absence.Travel with teams in the UK and abroad when required as the catering team representative and provide food provisions as requested.Assist in the preparation of all travel food requirements whilst displaying good organisational skills.Support Head/Sous chefs to deliver constantly high quality food in a timely manner.Cover Sous chefs' role as and when required Working closely with the Supervisor to ensure the highest level of food safety and hygiene are maintained.Flexible to work around the teams schedules.SAFEGUARDING Fulham Football Club acknowledges that everyone has a responsibility for the wellbeing and safety of children, young people and adults at risk who are under the Club's care or utilising the Club's facilities.
