About Us; The Quarter Group is a growing company with 6 different locations in London, with a collection of restaurants, bakeries and cafes. We pride ourselves by serving real food, crafted from scratch using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sous Chef to work alongside our Head Chef and assist in maintaining our standards.
Job description; As a Senior Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our Kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be responsabible for managing the Kitchen Staff, overseeing food preparation,ensuring that the kitchen prep is always done for a smooth and successful services; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Your responsability;
Assist the Head Chef in managing and leading the kitchen team
Plan and supervise all food preparation, ensuring dishes meet quality and presentation standards
Oversee inventory management and ensure kitchen is well stock
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygience regulations
Train and mentor juniior kitchen staff
Mantain a ppositive and productive work enviroment Qualifications;
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy and high quality kitchen enviroment
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team under pressure
Excellent organization and time management skills
Passion for food and attention to details in presentation and taste
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
