Sales Administrator

Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client, a successful manufacturing business in Brighouse, the role is offered on a full time permanent basis, working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm Due to imminent expansion, we are looking for a customer focused Sales Administrator to join a growing team. The desired candidate will be enthusiastic and ambitious, able to deal progressively with a B2B customer base, and be able to master a variety of products and their processing techniques. Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the sales office - Process sales orders accurately and efficiently - Increase sales with excellent account management - Maintain and update customer databases - Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Monitor and track sales activity and manufacture progress - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services Requirements - Proficient in Excel, Word, and other office software - Strong organisational and time management skills - Previous experience in a sales administration role is desirable - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Computer literacy with the ability to learn new computerised systems - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment This vacancy is advertised on behalf of Talent-UK Ltd who are operating as an employment agency/business, we are an equal opportunities employer, Your application will be sent to us for review, at which stage we will be in touch to discuss your details further.
