PE Teacher - Starting January 2025 - Full Time Basis Prospero Teaching is looking for a PE Teacher for a Secondary school in the Ipswich area. This will be starting in January 2025. This will be on a part time basis covering monday, tuesday, and wednesdays. ABOUT THE SCHOOL The school is a forward thinking but traditional mainstream Secondary School with a supportive PE department. The school is going from strength to strength and providing CPD throughout the year. The school does have a 6th form, although most of the timetable for this role will be key stage 3 and key stage 4. The position is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers. CONTRACT DETAILS Location - Ipswich area Position - PE Teacher Type of work - PE Teacher Contract or position start date - ASAP Duration / Likely Duration - Temporary to Permanent Contract or likely end date - Ongoing Contract type - temporary Full time/part time - Full time Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £140 for qualified teachers Hours - 8:30 am - 4pm, plus parents evenings and meetings as requiredEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS QTS, QTLS or equivalent Minimum 1 year Math Teacher Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last yearTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related referencesOTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
