Sales and Business Development Manager

Sales and Business Development Manager Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales and Business Development Manager on behalf of our client based in Telford, Shropshire. The successful candidate will be joining a market leading UK designer and manufacturer of steel-based partition, door and ceiling systems for a wide range of sectors including Pharmaceutical, Science & Research, Food, Automotive, Aerospace and Commercial Interiors. Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:00am – 16:30pm & Fri 08:00am – 15:30pm. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE | Company car + Laptop & Mobile Phone | WFH Options Duties include but not limited to: • Increase sales & turnover to minimum £4M within two years. • Manage & develop existing customer base and key accounts. • Identify additional customers who mirror existing key accounts and develop those relationships. • Measure, report and understand customer ‘value’ – Enquiry win rate, year-on-year revenue, customer retention/loss. • Develop & implement effective sales & marketing strategies. • Manage marketing campaigns, analyse and report results. • Report accurate monthly and quarterly sales performance and projections to the Directors. • Manage existing sales resource and identify additional requirements in line with targets and sales performance.
