A Day in the Life of an Aftersales Field Consultant As an Aftersales Field Consultant, you'll be the bridge between our innovative solutions and the needs of our dealer partners and OEM clients. Your role will involve driving the adoption and optimization of our Catalyst for Aftersales (CFA) program, ensuring it meets client objectives and delivers significant business benefits. This field-based role requires you to manage multiple engagements, both virtual and on-site, with a variety of stakeholders. Your Responsibilities Will Include: - Program Implementation : Lead the application of our CFA program across dealer networks to boost customer retention and increase parts and labour sales. - Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regional and one-on-one meetings with dealers and OEM clients, providing expert consultancy to enhance business performance. - Consultative Support: Understand client needs through detailed assessments and offer strategic guidance to improve performance and process efficiency. - Training and Development: Deliver virtual and on-site training, sharing best practices and supporting clients in maximizing the value of our solutions. - Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our services to new and existing dealer sites, working closely with our Business Development team. What You Bring to the Table - Proven Expertise: Background in automotive aftersales, whether from an OEM, dealer, or SaaS supplier in the sector. - Exceptional Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Entrepreneurial Attitude : Hands-on approach, with resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Deep understanding of aftersales and CRM processes.
