Location: Birmingham (Flexible working - 3 days in the office)
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000+ (plus bonuses)

Role Overview:
As an Employment Law Solicitor, you will advise on a wide range of employment law matters, offering expert guidance to employers on critical issues, including but not limited to:
- Restrictive covenant disputes
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Day-to-day workplace issues for employers
- Settlement agreements (advising and drafting)
- Corporate support and employee handbooks
- Data protection issues in the workplace
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced team, sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of the department. You will also be actively involved in business development and building long-term relationships with clients.
