Plan and coordinate site assessments, including surveys, audits, and inspections, according to project requirements. Ensure that work instructions and RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) are issued to site management and subcontractors. Lead the management of site safety and quality throughout the project delivery process. Oversee the compilation of site diaries, site change records, pre-condition and active work records, and photographic documentation. Manage all client communications and collaboration, fostering strong client relationships. Allocate, budget, and control project costs to ensure all expenditures remain within the approved budget. Manage project delivery according to the program, utilizing a work breakdown structure to organize tasks and timelines. Oversee the project schedule, ensuring adequate resource allocation. Maintain a budget tracker to capture all costs associated with project delivery. Cultivate positive customer and client relationships to retain existing clients and attract new ones. Mitigate risks and ensure the delivery of high-quality work and services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand image that aligns with the companys values and mission. Any other duty as required. Essential Criteria Previous experience in the power, civils, and construction industry. Minimum 2 years team management experience.
