Job Description

The Key Account Manager will oversee the successful delivery of ISS Integrated FM services, including cleaning, technical services, workplace experience, helpdesk, mailroom, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and project work for the GPA in London (approx. £3.5m per annum).

As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategic commitments and empowering your team to create value for the customer.


Your focus will be on ensuring client retention while maximizing opportunities for growth within the account.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide leadership to service leads and indirectly the operational teams and supply chain
  • Implement the account bid commitments and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Operational and tactical lead and interface to customer representatives
  • Direct and deliver highest standards throughout HSEQ performance ensuring compliance at all levels
  • Direct and deliver statutory compliance, ensuring compliance at all times
  • Responsibility for financial performance including revenue, margin, cash collection, WIP, unbilled and accruals
  • Manage account embedded performance in payroll activity
  • Ensure required standards are consistently maintained and reported through audit and KPI performance
  • Presentation of monthly contractual and operational MI


Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


  • Experience of leading and managing others
  • Leading TFM account essential
  • Experience of budgeting, financial management and reporting
  • Experienced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Resilient and has the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Influencing – A natural leader who enjoys having responsibility for others
  • Communication – Has a wide network and can maintain relationships
  • Learning agility – Learns from experience
  • Good presenter – Comfortable leading meetings and presentations
  • Decisive and action orientated
