Your Responsibilities: Support the branch in achieving budgeted and non-financial targets Develop and maintain relationships with clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating the best commercial terms Generate new business through cold calling Manage and improve service levels for client accounts Achieve agreed targets, both financial and non-financial Ensure compliance with employment legislation Your Experience: Proven track record of growing and retaining business Experience in developing team members Good knowledge of the recruitment market in South Yorkshire Ability to attract and recruit candidates to meet client needs Experience managing clients in challenging times Success in winning new business The gap personnel Rotherham office has a strong presence in the local market. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work across Yorkshire without territorial restrictions. Our extensive back-office support includes Marketing, Compliance, Sales Support, Credit Control, and Centralised and Localised Sales Divisions to help you win and manage business.
