About Kanjo Health: Kanjo Health is a predictive mental health startup based in London and Abu Dhabi, backed by Entrepreneur First, The Abu Dhabi Investment Office and other institutional venture funds. Clinical practice is decades behind clinical research. Kanjo’s pre-diagnostic model for neurodiversity, brings clinical research into clinical practice and enables clinicians to reduce rates of misdiagnosis, triage resources appropriately and monitor their patients with higher degrees of accuracy. You have: An entrepreneurial mindset. As Kanjo’s founding sales person, your role is fundamental to Kanjo’s success. People skills. You know how to communicate, negotiate, and build relationships from the ground up. You get healthcare and all the things that come with it- providers, regulation and decision making processes. Key Responsibilities/Skills: Sales Strategy Development Creating and executing go-to-market strategies Identifying target markets and customer segments Developing Kanjo’s KPIs for sales and outreach Relationship Building and Lead Generation Identifying and engaging with relevant stakeholders and potential customers Networking within the healthcare industry. Attending and leading events and conferences Developing partnerships with key decision-makers and strategic partners Sales Team Leadership Build and lead a high performing sales team Setting and managing performance metrics Be the driver for early customer acquisition, pilots and build credibility in the space Healthcare Industry Knowledge Familiarity with healthcare systems and stakeholders Collaborate with the product team and user research to identify early adopts and understand their pain points and crucially their procurement processes Understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., MHRA) What we offer: Hybrid working: 2-3 Days in our Fitzrovia Office a week.
