Job Title: Site Manager Location: East Midlands, Derbyshire, Derby Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing Salary: £240 - £260 Per day Qualifications: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Driving Licence Skills: Traditional new build housing Company Branding: A medium sized House Builder are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for a 6-month contract. Job Duties: Manage two low volume housing projects in Derby Supervise and lead two small teams Required Qualifications: Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) First Aid certification Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Valid Driving Licence Education: Degree in Construction Management or related field Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in site management within the construction industry Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of traditional new build housing construction Excellent leadership and team management skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications: Health and Safety qualification Previous experience working with medium-sized house builders Working Conditions: The role involves working on-site in Derby and may require occasional travel to other project locations within the East Midlands. The Site Manager will work full-time hours with occasional weekends depending on project deadlines
