Head Chef - Relocate

My client a group of hotels, restaurants and pubs are currently opening a number of new venues and are therefore looking for experienced head chefs and sous chefs to join the team. With openings across the UK, from 2 rosette restaurants in Gloucester, high end central hotels in Bath, 1 rosette Gastropubs in Oxford and stunning wedding venues from the lakes to Newcastle. We are looking for chefs with rosette experience, ideally with an events background, however we have a number of venues with live-in that this would not be needed. Offering basic salaries of up to 60k with tronc, you will get the possibility of live-in, building a team that suits with say over the menu and the way these new venues should go. Strong leadership skills with a talent for kitchen management and menu innovation. Excellent communication abilities and a deep love for food.
