Overtime is available Commutable from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Walsall, Rugeley, Lichfield, Atherstone, Barton Under Needwood, Measham, Nuneaton, Twycross, Aldridge and Minworth KEY BENEFITS £37,500 DAYS Paid Overtime OTE - £42/£44k 12-hour day shifts popular shift pattern leaving lots of free time Well established, stead manufacturing organisation Supportive, friendly team Great longevity with staff Toolmakers from all manufacturing backgrounds are welcomed - plastics and / or pressings RESPONSIBILITIES Repair, refurbish, and manufacture tooling to achieve maximum production efficiency. Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Interpret and work from engineering drawings. General machining and bench hand skills are essential. Knowledge of CNC machinery and wire erosion is a plus. Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping in the tool room. REQUIREMENTS Apprentice trained Experience in an extrusion or mould shop environment, or pressings is happily considered CNC knowledge would be helpful, though not essential Happy to work 12-hour DAY shift pattern This would suit a motivated, friendly individual You would enjoy a fruitful and lengthy career within a busy, stable manufacturing organization.
