Job title: Marketing Officer
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire (20 mins from London) (Hybrid 1 or 2 days in office)
Salary: circa £30,000 per annum
Reports to: Head of Fundraising
Term: Permanent

Growing young persons charity has an exciting opening for a Marketing Officer to join its successful and dedicated team.
About the role:
The postholder will manage a portfolio of individual donors, providing excellent stewardship through meaningful engagement and thoughtful communications. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Communications, you will have responsibility for the charities Individual Giving income stream.
To succeed in the role of Marketing Officer, you will need:
- You will have at least one year in a marketing campaign or supporter acquisition or retention role
- An understanding of supporter journey development
- A creative mindset
- Team player
- An interest in data
