Goods-In Team Leader Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Location: Manby Salary: £28,000 Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader looking for an exciting challenge with a growing company? If you’re passionate about driving efficiency, leading teams, and ensuring seamless warehouse operations, we have the perfect role for you! About the Role: Due to continued expansion, we’re on the hunt for a dynamic Goods-In Leader to take charge of our clients Goods-In department. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead from the front, overseeing the goods-in process and ensuring operations run like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be working alongside our Warehouse and Logistics Manager, making sure the team stays on track, and targets are hit while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and safety. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire goods-in process and ensure everything is booked in accurately and on time. • Lead, motivate and coach a small, dedicated team to ensure peak performance. • Manage the returns process and keep the warehouse organised, safe and clean. • Work closely with the procurement and production teams, communicating any discrepancies or issues promptly. • Set team goals, monitor performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement/ • Be flexible and support other warehouse areas as required – no two days are the same! About you: • You’re a natural leader with 1-2 years of team leader experience in a warehouse environment. • A clear communicator with the ability to motivate and organise your team. • You’re hands on with excellent problem-solving skills, always ready to tackle any challenges. • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook. • Forklift qualified? Even Better!
