Welfare Cleaner

Job Title: Cleaner/Labourer (Solar Farm) Location: Leicestershire Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner/Labourer to join our team at a solar farm. This full-time role involves maintaining the cleanliness of welfare areas on-site and assisting with general labour duties when required. The successful candidate will split their time between cleaning tasks and supporting other on-site operations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: Welfare Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain welfare facilities, including canteens, toilets, and break areas. Regularly mop floors, clean surfaces, empty bins, and restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, etc. Ensure welfare areas are presentable and meet health and safety standards at all times. Labourer Support: Assist with general labour tasks, including moving materials, setting up equipment, and other site-related duties. Work alongside the site team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Follow site safety protocols and maintain a tidy work area. Requirements: CSCS Card: Mandatory for site access and safety compliance. Previous experience in cleaning or labouring is beneficial but not required. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or within a team. Physical fitness to carry out manual handling tasks. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team’s success. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
