About the role: We are seeking a passionate and motivated KS1 Teacher to join our fantastic team. In this full-time, long-term role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to our energetic and curious Year 1 students. You will create a dynamic classroom environment where pupils feel valued and excited to learn. Your role will also involve contributing to the planning and delivery of a rich curriculum that caters to a range of learning styles, abilities, and interests. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 1. • Strong classroom management skills. • Passion for teaching and fostering children’s development. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. • Commitment to maintaining high standards of learning and achievement. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that inspire and challenge pupils. • Assess and track students’ progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met. • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive. • Communicate regularly with parents/carers regarding pupils’ progress and well-being. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community.
