The successful Pastry Chef De Partie will have a passion for sustainable cooking and baking, and for creating exciting textures and flavours. The Person The Pastry Chef De Partie will have: Have experience at a similar level in a similar environment High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
