Prospero Teaching is seeking to recruit hardworking and committed SEND Specialist Teaching Assistants for mainstream primary schools in Walsall. We fill roles on short term and long-term basis.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have good experience working with students with SEND and must be confident in supporting on a 1:1 and small group basis, inside and outside of a classroom setting. They will also need some level of resilience as some of the children may display challenging behaviour.

(term time only)
We are seeking to recruit Teaching Assistants who will: · Work with alongside the class teacher to support children when accessing the curriculum. · To support the class teacher in the preparation of lessons · Support group activities and individuals · Support the children's well-being · Be proactive and flexible in supporting children's needs · Work closely with the other staff and maintain positive links between home and school by making parents feel welcome · Have NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants (or recognised equivalent qualification)
