Are you looking to expand your current Legal & Compliance experience and take the next step on your career path? We are looking for a Financial Crime and Compliance professional with a minimum of 3 years experience from either a Law Firm or Financial Services.
Supporting the Head of Compliance and General Counsel, you will be responsible for carrying out the compliance monitoring programme (ensuring compliance in third-party risk, anti-bribery and corruption, Financial Crime, AML, sanctions and data protection), assisting with compliance reviews (including M&A activity), carrying out CDD & KYC processes, assisting with reviewing compliance contractual language, providing regulatory advice, guidance and training to colleagues,
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, (Law or Business degree preferred), have a good understanding of the regulatory framework and all round commercial awareness, experienced in counterparty due diligence (CDD), KYC processes, strong communication skills, decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Experience of contract negotiation would also be useful but not essential. Hybrid working 3 days in the London office.
